Our Mission

Dale Nepsa Associates, Inc. (DNA) was formed to help small innovative companies launch their products into food, drug and mass retail channels in north America.  We evaluate packaging, supply chain, marketing plan, forecasting and all of the elements needed to be successful with FDM retailers and distributors.  We negotiate sales broker agreements on your behalf and use our relationships with retailers to ensure your items are presented to the right buyers at the right time.  We advise on industry trade shows and events so your items are visible to as many potential retailers as possible.  We specialize in the categories of OTC drugs, HBC, Baby, First Aid and Vitamins and Supplements.

​President of Hyland’s, Inc.
Hyland's, Inc. is a consumer products manufacturer and distributor of homeopathic medicines.  During Dale's tenure at Hyland's he was instrumental in helping the company grow 50 times larger than its size when he joined.  Hyland's became the largest supplier of homeopathic medicines in north America and expanded into a world-wide provider of natural medicines.  Dale retired on June 30, 2016 after 24 years of service with Hyland's.  He starting as Vice President of Sales, then Corporate Vice President before becoming President in 2006.  His passion has always been sales and he built long lasting relationships with retailers, distributors, brokers and industry associations.  He served on the company’s executive committee and on many industry association advisory boards including National Association of Chain Drug Stores, Consumer Healthcare Products Association and Global Marketing Development Center.

President of Nepsa Scott, Inc.
Dale founded and built this startup manufacturers rep company into a multi-million-dollar organization that specialized in gaining distribution and building sales for dozens of small and medium sized companies throughout California, Arizona and Nevada.

National Sales Manager, Lee Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
In less than five years Dale helped grow this company from approximately $2MM to more than $50MM through the development and introduction of new products to major food, drug and mass merchandiser retailers nationwide.

Regional Manager, The Clorox Company
Dale helped form a new Clorox division and was based in Chicago where he was responsible for 13 mid-western states.  He hired and supervised 5 District Managers from his office in Chicago and helped launch several Clorox brands and line extensions.

Zone Manager, The Dial Corporation
Dale rose through the ranks from Retail Merchandiser to Zone Manager of one of the company’s largest sales territories covering Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa and Indiana.

Dale holds a BS in Business with concentration on marketing and finance from Miami University of Ohio.
